| Thank you for visiting me regarding your wedding plans. Although I have many years of experience officiating at weddings, I still want your wedding day to be a special day that you will remember always. I would like to spend the time to chat with you either at my home with coffee or by phone or e-mail. I believe that every wedding should be as unique as you are and even though I have sent you a sample ceremony, I would like to the chance to make it into your own personal experience. 1. You can secure the date for the wedding by returning a non-refundable deposit of 50.00 dollars to Thomas James. Please include the date, time, location, and any special arrangements such as Scriptures, poems, etc. as well as the direction to the location of the ceremony with your deposit. 2. If you prefer, you can include the entire fees for your wedding with the deposit, I can collect the balance when we visit at my home, or you can pay the balance on the day of your wedding. I will ask for the remaining balance and the wedding license upon my arrival. 3. I will arrive at the ceremony at least one-half hour early to speak with the bridal party, disc-jockey, performers, etc. I will ask for the marriage license (which is 66.00 dollars and is your responsibility to obtain at the County Clerks Office) and the remaining fee at that time. 4. Note: I can supply a speaker system for the ceremony for 100.00 dollars so those in the back can hear. I am now able to offer Wedding Planning: We know the best photographers, florists, reception areas, and wedding sites in our area and can arrange your entire wedding for you! Because of the discounts we can obtain, this planning actually costs you no more (and probably less) than if you planned it all yourself -- without the hassle.
